Withdraw your continuous payment authority from payday loan company (sole name)

Use this letter to tell the payday loan company that you are withdrawing your authority for payments to be debited from your card. You can find information on how to use this letter in our Payday loans fact sheet.

You can choose to send a letter in your own name or in joint names. You may have a debt in joint names, or want to write to your creditors together because you have worked out a joint budget.
